Mr. Gran an intimate knowledge of all aspects of this industry.
As the founder of Speedpro SignsPlus, Blair continues to dedicate
his wealth of industry experience and franchising knowledge, to
ensure Speedpro remains a leader within the marketplace. In
1988, Blair identified a serious lack of professionalism and
service dedication within the sign industry. Armed
with advancements in technology and previously created
production systems, he created a systematized business
concept, with an emphasis on customer service. The company's
overall sense of strong franchise support and team attitude
flows directly from Blair's personal belief system.

Stuart
brings vast business experience and skill to head the
Canadian Speedpro Group. Stuart has Twenty years
experience in progressive sales and marketing leadership
roles in high profile, large, and multinational
organizations. He was a “high-energy” manager who has
piloted initiatives and streamlined operations to achieve
record-breaking sales and profitability.
His
expertise on the finance side allows Stuart to work with
Franchisees to help drive their businesses to new levels. Stuart
has attended Wilfred Laurier University, University of
Western Ontario, York University and the Detroit Business
School

Jim
offers 22 years of Team and Business building success to
help and support franchisee’s in achieving business and
personal objectives. From initial training to growing
existing customers, Jim provides planning and
implementation expertise. While
Jim’s extensive experience slants to achieving sales and
marketing goals, his expertise in human resources and
operational excellence round out his proven skills.
Jim
is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at
the University of Western Ontario and a former Vice
President of Coca-Cola Bottling Ltd. In each of the last
eight years as General Manager, he led Pro Auto to record
sales and profits.

Lance
Barnett has over 15 years of experience in the sign industry.
During that time he was involved with all aspects of the business.
From customer relations, layout and design to creating or
installing the final product. He is able to pass on this
experience to new franchisees during their initial training and
afterwards as they encounter new challenges in the industry.

Al
Crow has been the driving force in the development of Speedpro presence
on Vancouver Island. An expert manager he has been an integral member
of the Speedpro team for eight years. He was previously employed
as Chief Executive Officer for Gidden Industries.
He was responsible
for overseeing the operations of 17 retail outlets. He has been
heavily involved in the community by being an outstanding committee
member for various organizations. In 1993 he was also the president
of the local Chamber of Commerce and has also spent six years on
their Board of Directors.

CINDY MARK

Cindy
Mark is an accomplished accountant with Speedpro, developing
accounting systems for franchise owners and working with new
owners to initiate accounting systems. Cindy has also held the
post as lead Corporate Accountant for Speedpro since 1995. Cindy
provides a diverse array of support to the Speedpro stores.

Kristin
looks after accounting and franchise administrative duties
for Canada. Kristin has worked in retail management for
over 15 years. Managing retail outlets in Alberta and
Ontario as well as having several years working in an
Office accounting environment.
