Matt Polster
President and Owner
Matt Polster is the President and Owner of Speedpro Addison. In 2005, he opened one of the first SpeedPro studios in the country. Now, over 20 years later, he is the longest-tenured owner within the Speedpro franchise.
During the past two decades, Matt has worked to transform both his role as an owner and his business. He has dedicated his time to learning all he can about leadership, management, profitability, sales, team-building, and culture. SpeedPro Addison has thrived under his leadership, but Matt is most proud of his team, their commitment to one another, and the relationships with mentors and clients that grow deeper from year to year.
Matt shares what he has learned as a business owner through coaching, speaking, and mentorship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
Hannah Ciccone
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Hannah Ciccone has played a cornerstone role in SpeedPro Addison’s evolution, development, and success for over 18 years. She is both an internal leader and a champion of our clients’ needs.
Hannah has a hand in every element of our business–coordinating sales, production, installation, and beyond. She ensures orders run smoothly from estimation to invoicing. Passionate about our clients’ experience and our team’s success, she goes above and beyond to make Speedpro Addison a wonderful place to be.
When she isn’t at work, Hannah likes to travel, read, and spend time with her family.
Ty Crutcher
Branding Project Manager
Ty Crutcher has been a trusted Branding Project Manager with SpeedPro Addison for over a decade. He is a customer-focused professional with a lead role in hotel event management; we rely on him to handle many of our biggest projects.
Ty effectively manages logistics, timelines, and onsite coordination to ensure successful events. Often juggling multiple projects simultaneously, his project management skills are key to us handling the volume and short turn times we regularly deal with. And, as a former Art Director and Creative Director in the advertising industry, Ty has leveraged his design background to become a true branding partner to our clients. He is someone our clients genuinely love to work with.
In his personal time, Ty enjoys golf, hiking, travel, and restaurants.
Austin Rodriguez
Graphic Wrap Artist
Austin Rodriguez is a Graphic Wrap Artist at SpeedPro Addison. He specializes in the production, finishing, and expert installation of our high-quality vinyl graphics. It takes a true artist to achieve the creativity and technical mastery Austin brings to his work. Plus, he’s able to charm our clients so they’re able to walk away as happy as they are impressed.
Before joining our team, Austin went to school for architecture design. Now, with over 12 years of production and installation experience on our team, we lean on his sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, barbequing, and billiards.
Jesse Robles
Production and Special Projects Manager
As a Production Manager at SpeedPro Addison, Jesse Robles helps oversee the printing process from beginning to end. He ensures all orders are completed on time and within budget for our clients. In his time on our team, we’ve grown to rely upon his his leadership and attention to detail.
Jesse is both a problem solver and a true team player. He loves meeting new challenges and collaborating with his team to resolve them. His vast experience and knowledge in this industry have helped him contribute important improvements to our production process.
In his free time, Jesse enjoys being with friends and family. In addition, he’s turned his production expertise into hobbies he can enjoy outside of work: 3D printing and woodworking.
Samantha March
Branding Project Manager
Samantha March is a Branding Project Manager at SpeedPro Addison and the newest member of our team. She oversees projects from beginning to end, proactively communicating client needs to our team and ensuring we follow brand guidelines to precise detail.
Years of experience in events management have led to Samantha’s keen attention to detail and communication skills. Before joining our team, she spent time as a special events manager at The Star in Frisco and as a project manager at Todd Events. Now, in her role that requires both creativity and logic, she strikes the perfect balance. She’s a passionate collaborator and a positive force on our team.
Outside of work, Samantha is a competitive rower, a foodie, and a music lover. She enjoys cooking, baking, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Bret Peavy
Print Supervisor
For almost a decade, Bret Peavy has played a crucial role on the production team at SpeedPro Addison. In addition to handling our printing and fabrication workflow, he’s an in-house tech guru who helps us maintain and operate our printers and software. We rely on his technical knowledge and problem solving skills to keep production running smoothly.
Bret is gifted at learning new equipment quickly, and he won’t give up on an issue until it’s resolved. During his tenure at SpeedPro Addison, he has grown into a trusted, savvy, and essential member of our production team.
In his free time, Bret enjoys playing the guitar, going to the gym, and watching his favorite TV shows.
