Q: What is your typical turnaround time?
A: This varies greatly by the job and quantity of prints, but we generally work off a three-day lead time minimum.
Q: Will you make material/substrate suggestions for me?
A: Tell us where and how your print job will be used and we will provide suggestions. For example, we can recommend foam core (ideal for indoor use) versus coroplast (outdoor use).
Q: Can you install my project?
A: Mostly likely yes. We install wall murals, window graphics, vehicle wraps, vehicle decals, banners, and other indoor and outdoor signage including event and trade show graphics. If we’re printing and installing for an event at a venue such as the Convention Center, the Gaylord, or a hotel, we will work with security and receiving to be sure your job is delivered and installed on time and to the right booth or room.
Q: How warm does it have to be outside to install vehicle graphics or window graphics?
A: We have to consider the ambient temperature and schedule for days at 50 degrees or higher if we are installing vehicle wraps or decals, window graphics, building graphics, and other outdoor vinyl projects.
