Why Invest in Branded Fleet Graphics?
High Return on Investment
If you’re looking for a marketing solution that is cost effective as well as brand efficient, consider fleet decals or a partial. Custom vinyl decals for your fleet means more brand exposure, which in turn means more potential customers know who you are or are at least familiar with your name. When it comes to returns on investment (ROI), out-of-home (OOH) advertising generates an average of $5.97 in product sales for every dollar spent. This makes sense for fleet graphics, since one set of graphics can generate between 30,000 – 80,000 impressions in a single day.

Say you put your logo, contact info and list of services on one of your fleet’s work trucks. Print and installation would probably cost around $500, depending on how large you want the graphics. That one set of decals will last you at least 4 years (though it’ll probably last longer). When you break that down into cost per day, you’d end up paying around $0.35 a day for 30k+ impressions. Now multiply that by however many fleet vehicles you have.
Often, fleets consist of different types of vehicles, but we’re able to modify your designs to continue your brand design across all of your fleet vehicles. For maximum impact, you can go with a full wrap and deck out your transit vans, pickup trucks, sedans, box trucks and other vehicle from head to toe with an awesome design. If you’re looking for a more cost effective solution, consider a partial wrap or cut graphics. While on a smaller scale, partials and cut graphics still make an impact on passersby.
Constantly Build Brand Awareness
Whether you’re on-site or on the road, your fleet graphics act as mobile billboards, showcasing your brand, products/services and contact info to everyone who sees one of your vehicles. Vehicle decals generate many referrals as drivers see your branding around town and become familiar with your brand name.
Even when your vehicles are parked in driveways, parking lots and work sites, your decals never stops marketing the business. As you know, the average vehicle graphics will get a minimum of 30,000 impressions in a day, parked or driving. Repetition is the key to remembering; the more people see your brand, the more likely they are to remember you in their time of need.
Well-Received by Viewers
According to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), people respond well to OOH ads (like fleet graphics) because they aren’t obtrusive to a person’s everyday life like some mediums are. Cut decals are especially good when you’re looking for a simple but effective option for branding your vehicles. Your fleet graphics can be designed with a wide range of colors and fonts to capture the spirit of your business and leave a lasting impression on everyone who sees you.
The SpeedPro Fleet Graphics Process
We follow a tried and true process to make sure you get the most out of your SpeedPro Greenville experience. We treat fleet graphics with the same care as a single vehicle decal set – moving through each stage carefully to produce the best fleet graphics. Only difference is we’ve already got your files and branding in mind.

Understand Your Goals
For the first decals for your fleet, we talk with you and gather information about your brand, you and your goals for the fleet graphics. We’ll ask questions about the year/make/model etc. of the first vehicle, the type of decal coverage you’re looking for and what information you want displayed. By gathering more information, we’re able to provide a more accurate estimate for the project. Some factors in estimating include the amount of vinyl needed for the project.
Project Proofing & Estimating
Often before providing an estimate we request to see photos or take measurements of your vehicle. While seeing the vehicle and taking measurements aren’t necessary for a ballpark estimate, we’re able to give you a more accurate number if we’re able to take a look at it. Taking measurements will help us better know how much vinyl we’ll be using, since our 2D templates don’t account for curves very well.
As we start wrapping more of your fleet, we can skip the “getting to know you” portion of the wrap process. All you’d need to do is provide the year/make/model/cab/wheelbase/etc. and photos, or bring the vehicle for measurements. If we’re wrapping the same style vehicle as before, minimal design changes will be made to fit the wrap on the new vehicle. If you wrapped a truck first and now are wrapping a van, we’ll most likely tweak the design to fit on the new vehicle body. Of course, we’ll still go through the mockup and estimate process like we would a solo wrap.
Production & Installation
After you give the green light, we begin production and schedule the installation. Once in the production phase, the artwork from your proof is converted into printable files and sent to the printer. After printing, we laminate. Our laminator uses pressure to bond the vinyl and laminate together, protecting the printed design. After lamination, your graphics move to the plotter to be custom cut, then to the trim pile for finishing. Finishing includes removing the excess vinyl from around your custom cut decals.
When your install date comes, we hand the material to our installers and let them work their magic. Cut graphics and partials won’t take a full day of install, but if we have multiple installs in a day we may ask you to leave the vehicle until we can get to it. The longest you’d be without the vehicle is a single business day.
The Finished Product
The next time you walk into our office, your vehicle will look totally different. We’ll hand you the keys and off you go to start raising brand awareness with your brand new fleet graphics.
Benefits of Fleet Graphics with SpeedPro Greenville

Customer Service
Our goal is to help your brand stand out. Just think of us as an extension of your marketing team. We ask questions to make sure you receive the best solution to help you reach your marketing goals. Your satisfaction with the finished product means a great deal to us. One of our mottos is “measure twice, cut once,” so don’t be surprised if we ask you to bring your vehicle by to make sure we have all measurements needed to ensure the best result.
Quality Materials
Our vehicle graphics typically last 4-6 years on the vertical surfaces and 2-2.5 years on horizontal surfaces, depending on care and protection from the elements. Our inks are UV resistant as well, allowing your fleet to look fresh for years. We’ll also make note of which printer and colors we use for your first set of decals so that any following graphics are as close to the first as possible.
Turnkey Solutions
We are first and foremost large format printers, but we offer turnkey solutions for our clients. Installation is included in our quotes and design can be added if requested. We also offer decal removal services if you’re planning on replacing the graphics. All our vehicle graphics are custom printed and priced based on square footage. In other words, you’ll be priced the same for polka dots and a full landscape scene, as long as the size is the same. We can digitally print and custom cut any size you need, and no project is too big! If you’re hesitant to take the leap and decal all your vehicles, we’d love to start by wrapping one, then the next, and the next. No contract is necessary!
