Why Get Vinyl Graphics for Your Storefront?

Support Your Brand

Think about your favorite restaurant or store. They probably have something etched or adhered to their windows and front door. Whether it’s store hours, a logo or a featured product or offer, something is displayed to catch your attention. Storefront window graphics can be full coverage or die-cut decals, depending on your goals for the graphics. Even the smallest window graphic changes the look of your storefront – your business can go from an uninviting storefront to the awesome new restaurant in town.

Storefront window graphics are the perfect solution for highlighting specific company offerings, spreading news about short-term promotions or simply displaying flashy and inviting images related to your products/services. Bright colors and bold visuals will easily grab the attention of passersby as well as convey professionalism and quality.

Create an Inviting Space

You always want to put your best foot forward for anyone who considers entering your place of business. Trading in tinted, uninviting windows for custom branded window graphics provides some privacy as well as branding. A window wrap is an excellent way to look more professional. Branded window graphics show your customers you care about your business’ presentation, which encourages the thought that you care about your clients, products and services as well.

The beauty of custom interior window graphics is they can be designed any way you want, and we have a couple options that decrease visibility and hinder sunlight. First, is solid panels of printed vinyl. This option includes solid peices of vinyl that block most light and all visibility. Window perf, our other storefront window vinyl solution, allows you to see out of your store but outsiders can’t see. This effect is created by the holes in the vinyl.

Motivate Your Employees

Boring work environments can cause employees to feel disengaged at work, and disengagement is the enemy of productivity. Engaging art on your storefront windows or at the employee entrance can help encourage a great start to the day. Multiple studies show that the aesthetic of an employee’s work environment has a direct impact on the way they feel and perform at work.

Window graphics should be designed with your audience in mind, and why not throw a little something in there for your employees? The design doesn’t have to center around your products and services – instead, consider a calming landscape or fun, intriguing design.

Understand Your Goals

First, we talk with you and gather information about your business, your brand and your goals for the windows. We’ll ask questions about the size of your window(s) and what design ideas you have. By gathering more information, we’re able to provide a more accurate estimate for the project. The main factor in estimating includes the amount and type of window vinyl needed for the project.

Project Proofing & Estimating

Often before providing an estimate we request to take measurements of your windows. While measurements are not necessary for a ballpark estimate, we’re able to give you a more accurate number up front if we’re able to take our own measurements. Taking these measurements will also help us better mock up your design and give you an idea of how the design will fit on the glass. Regardless, we can provide an estimate based on the window size alone, without knowing the exact design.

Once we have a template and preferably a photo of the window, we mockup your design on our 2D template. If you request design work, we’ll provide multiple mockups until you have the design you want. The mockup process gives you an idea of what the finished product will look like, and this is the time to make any sizing or proofreading adjustments.

When you’re happy with the way your design looks on the template, we’ll give you a final proof and quote for your stoprefront window graphics.

Production & Installation

After you give the green light, we begin production and schedule the installation. The amount of time needed for installation of your window graphics depends on the overall square footage. Smaller-scale projects could take half a day, but if your project is more involved, we might schedule a full day.

Once in the production phase, the artwork from your proof is converted into printable files and sent to one of our printers. After printing, we laminate. Our laminator uses pressure to bond the vinyl and laminate together, protecting the printed design. After lamination, your wrap moves either to the plotter to be custom cut or to the trim pile for finishing. Finishing includes removing the excess vinyl from your wrap and labeling each piece for installation.

When your install date comes, we hand the material to our installers and let them work their magic.

The Finished Product

The next time you walk up to your storefront, the new window graphics will change the look of your business. We’ll look over the new graphics with you and make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the finished product. After that, your custom storefront window graphics are yours to enjoy.

Customer Service

Our goal is to help your brand stand out. Just think of us as an extension of your marketing team. We ask questions to make sure you receive the best solution to help you reach your marketing goals. Your satisfaction with your finished product means a great deal to us. One of our mottos is “measure twice, cut once,” so don’t be surprised if we ask to measure your windows twice to make sure we have all measurements needed to ensure the best result.

Quality Materials

We typically use one of two types of window vinyl for storefronts: solid window vinyl or window perf. Our solid window material is opaque, limiting the amount of light coming through, but offering privacy. Window perf is produced with many little holes that allow insiders to see out but won’t let outsiders see in. We can custom cut both materials to fit your brand.

Regardless of which material is best for your project, our inks are UV resistant, and your graphic’s color should stay vibrant for quite some time. Vinyl window graphics are removable (though window perf is more difficult to remove), so if you decide to change the design in a few years, reach out to us and we’ll take care of you.

Turnkey Solutions

We are first and foremost large format printers, but we offer turnkey solutions for our clients. Installation is included in our quotes and design can be added if requested. All our storefront window graphics are custom printed and priced based on square footage. In other words, you’ll be priced the same for a die cut graphic and a solid image as long as the size is the same. We can digitally print any size you need, and no project is too big!
