Our Process for Creating Floor Graphics
At SpeedPro Orlando, our team is all about clarity and transparency. To that point, we’ve expanded out the process for creating floor graphics below. While these individual steps may change depending on the project, the overall process will stay relatively the same.
1. Measurements & Pictures
To start off the process, we recommend that you send us measurements of the graphics needed. We also recommend sending us pictures of where the graphics will be installed. Once we have the pictures, we can confirm what materials would work best and if anything would be in the way of the install.
2. Artwork & Proof
We’ll also need the artwork that’s going to be printed. You can send the graphics through email to our account managers or through our file uploader on our website. After we have the artwork, we’ll send you a proof that’ll show what graphics we received, the measurements of the graphics, and what material we’ll be printing on. Once you look over and approve the proof, we’ll send it to our production team.
3. Production
This step is primarily just for us, but it’s important to know what happens behind the scenes. Our production team will set up the artwork so that it’s ready for our printers. Once printed, the graphics will be sent over to our cutter where they’re machine cut which ensures a perfect cut no matter the shape or size. We’ll then do any additional prep work needed before handing the graphics over to our in-house installation team.
4. Installation
When adding floor graphics to your business or event, the last thing you’ll want to do is damage the graphics or mess up the installation. Let our account managers schedule a time for our in-house installation team to accurately and precisely install your floor graphics. Our installation team is extremely professional and always focuses on the task at hand to allow for minimal disruption to you and(or) your team.
