Rick grew up in Montgomery County and has an MBA in finance from Marymount University. He has over 20 years of marketing experience and has seen first-hand the value and importance of meaningful imagery. In his spare time Rick enjoys biking, baseball, and going to a good movie.
Connie Rhind Robey
Connie moved to the area to be a research economist at the Congressional Budget Office. For the past 20 years she has worked on marketing for education and arts organizations, including the Smithsonian Craft Show, Wellesley Friends of Art, and a number of community organizations.
Robert Mangum is a Maryland native with who has worked on designing, producing, and installing hundreds of signage projects across the DC metro region. Robert graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in history and still enjoys researching his favorite eras and attending trivia nights. Robert is also an Eagle Scout and can often be found hiking on the weekends.

Anni Tapkida has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Savannah State University. She has worked as an office assistant in Savannah State University and with other organizations such as Hesston College, Target, and Camp Luz. In her spare time, Anni enjoys interior decorating, planning events, and travelling. She has visited over 23 States in the US, many cities, and about 7 different countries.
Claude has 18 years of experience as an installer and almost 25 years of experience in the sign business. His extensive experience includes wall murals, vehicle graphics, window graphics, 3D letters and many types of installations. Claude has lived in Maryland for 30 years. He is a soccer and baseball fan.
Bob, a Montgomery County, MD native, recently retired after working 40+ years in sales and marketing in the HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) business. Working part time, Bob hopes to help expand the SpeedPro Silver Spring team’s reach into new markets. Bob is an avid cyclist and sportsman.
