Production Manager
Nick brings his over 15 years of graphic design and printing experience to the Speedpro team. He graduated with a degree in Graphic Arts from South Hills School of Business & Technology in 2012. Nick has worked as an editorial designer for the Altoona Mirror for 10 years where he worked on a wide variety of publications from glossy magazines to tabloids. Having previously worked in the field of large format printing at the beginning of his career, Nick returns with a new perspective and experience to help customers with their printing needs. In addition to a design and production background, Nick is also a devoted husband and farm hand for his wife’s horse boarding business.
Andy Gapinksi
Graphic Designer
Andy Gapinski is a graphic designer with a background in creative direction and brand development, bringing over two decades of experience in visual storytelling across print and digital platforms. Throughout his career, he has led creative strategy, directed photography, and developed cohesive brand identities for catalog and e-commerce businesses.
At SpeedPro, Andy applies that high-level creative expertise to large-format design and print production, contributing across all aspects of the business—from concept development and client collaboration to hands-on production. His ability to bridge creative vision with execution allows him to deliver impactful visual solutions while supporting the growth and consistency of the SpeedPro brand.
Jake and Sara Bilthuis

We’re Jake and Sara, the husband-and-wife team behind the Central PA studio.
Jake brings over 20 years of operations management experience where he developed a strong foundation in precision, efficiency, and problem-solving. Sara adds more than two decades of diverse experience across government contracting, casework, and volunteering, bringing organization, communication, and a people-first mindset to everything we do.
Together, we made the decision to open our studio out of a desire to build something of our own—something that reflects our values, supports our family, and allows us to make a meaningful impact in our local business community.
What started as passion for creative vinyl design has grown into a business dedicated to helping others stand out. Whether it’s bold signage, custom graphics, or unique visual solutions, we take pride in delivering work that not only looks great but helps our clients succeed.
