Director of Print Operations
Miguel is a multi-role player, equally adept in design, production, operations and sales. He is originally from Guatemala, born into a family of inventors and business owners. With a degree and background in graphic design, Miguel started his own large-format digital printing business in Chicago in 2001. Seeing the printing process as an art form rather than an industrial practice, he immediately began to collaborate with other artists to see what it would be like to reproduce their artwork onto various print media using different applications. This is when the idea to turn his workspace into an exhibition space came to be.
Working with artists and watching their artwork transpire into unique print applications has been a journey of discovery for Miguel. When he realized his capabilities as a printer, he started to support a new creative endeavor—making furniture from reclaimed materials. Using power tools and building anything and everything since his early day, Miguel now finds great satisfaction in collecting old window frames, vintage hardware, tearing down barns, and seeing what develops.
As luck had it for SpeedPro, Miguel closed his print shop in 2010, enjoys the wood-working business as a ‘side-hustle’ and was looking to get back in the large format graphics game. Miguel joined us in early 2018 and has been invaluable to our growth.

Madison was admittedly the coolest cat at SpeedPro Chicago Loop, but sadly for us she now works remotely from her home in Ohio.
Why do we think she’s so damn cool? Well, she’s a musician, videographer, photographer, editor, actress, skater, skier, accomplished athlete– yep, she’s all that and a bag of chips!
A 2018 graduate of Columbia College with a BA in Interdisciplinary Arts (Cinema Arts & Science) she is an unassuming but multitalented powerhouse with limitless ambition and desire to utilize her talents. Madison’s experience includes working in programs such as Final Cut, Logic Pro X, Premiere, Photoshop, etc. and also includes creating a variety of different works of art/artistic product that derive from filmmaking, editing, songwriting, and designing. Musically, she performs live as a solo artist, with a band, and on-camera to create online cover videos. Over the more recent years, Madison has begun her on-set experience as an actress and co-producer along with off-set experience as a post editor, post organizer, and composer/music scorer.
The best freakin’ intern EVER! Back for a second summer, Mary is a Chicagoland native and heading into her senior year at University of Illinois- Urbana/Champaign. Adept at project management, research, marketing and nearly anything else we can throw her way, Mary has been invaluable to the SpeedPro team and we’re already mourning her loss when she returns to school in mid-August. All efforts to get her to drop-out and just stay on with us have failed miserably- and we’ve tried everything!
