Mitch Doyle grew up in Iowa, where his family operated a local business for more than 50 years. He learned early that strong businesses are built on consistency, trust and showing up for customers every day. He carried those values into his education, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in education from the University of Arizona.
Mitch began his professional career as a college educator in Iowa, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication and helping others grow. After relocating to the East Valley, he spent the next 15 years in orthopedic surgical sales and leadership, earning national recognition for performance while leading teams in high pressure operating room environment. The work demanded preparation, problem solving and a relentless commitment to serving others.
Each stage of his career reinforced the same principle, strong outcomes come from clear communication, accountability and trust.
Today, Mitch brings that mindset to SpeedPro Solutions in Tempe. He believes visibility is a business advantage, not decoration. The mission is simple, help local companies stand out, communicate clearly and grow with confidence through purposeful visual solutions.

Kade Kirkham
Production Manager - Marketing Manager
Kade has served as Production Manager at SpeedPro Solutions since 2022. He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. With a strong eye for detail and a practical understanding of production, Kade helps turn client ideas into high-impact visual solutions that work in the real world.
He is passionate about bringing stories and brands to life through design, print, and installation. From concept to final install, Kade focuses on quality, precision, and making sure every project reflects the client’s vision.
Grace Doyle
Operations Manager
Grace joined SpeedPro Solutions in 2026 as Operations Manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Fresno State University. Grace was also a five-year starter and highly decorated member of the Women’s Volleyball team.
Her background in leadership, team dynamics, and performance brings a strong operational mindset to the business. Grace is focused on creating smooth workflows, improving customer experience, and building systems that help the team deliver consistent, high-quality results.
