Dayton Freight Lines has been a long-time client of SpeedPro Dayton and reached out for assistance with rebranding their office interiors. Many of the Dayton Freight locations received upwards of 40 unique pieces that help showcase the Dayton Freight culture. We were able to work hand in hand with Dayton Freight’s marketing department to help determine materials and production processes for these unique pieces. SpeedPro Dayton was able to produce these pieces in our Dayton Ohio Studio and install them across the Midwest.
The Tire Tread graphic is produced using rout cut pvc with layered print on top. Our Canon Colorado wide format printer is able to layer ink to print the texture of the tire treads.
Dimensional PVC pieces are hung around the service centers, showcasing the company culture. These pieces are direct printed on white pvc and finished off by painting the edges to give the illusion of orange or blue pvc. The paint is color matched to the Dayton Freight Orange and Blue to perfectly match their branding.
The Wooden and Metal Flags are our personal favorites of this project. They are made from brushed aluminum and maple plywood. The graphics are backed with white ink to allow them to really pop, and the maple plywood is finished off with maple edge banding to complete the look.
