What Are Custom Wall Displays for Businesses?
To SpeedPro Greenville, “wall displays” refers to printed or fabricated graphics in the form of vinyl on a substrate or canvas displays. Mounting the graphic on a board or frame instead of applying the vinyl directly to the wall gives you flexibility during installation as well as the ability to move or change the graphic more easily. Many substrates, such as ultraboard and PVC, are light enough to be hung with command strips or strong double-sided tape.
Other wall displays include canvas prints and acrylic displays. Most often, customers choose to have their canvas prints gallery wrapped (image continues around sides). Due to our large format printers, we can handle any size as long as one side is less than 50″.
Acrylic displays include a piece of glass-like material, a printed graphic and mounting hardware. Your display can be a full coverage graphic or a custom cut logo. We often install these displays with standoffs, making your display pop. While they can be a more expensive display option, acrylics look sophisticated and attractive.

We follow a tried and true process to make sure you get the most out of your SpeedPro Greenville experience.
Understand Your Goals
First, we talk with you and gather information about your brand, you and your goals for the mounted wall graphics. Then, we’ll ask questions about the purpose of graphic, where it’ll be installed and what kind of graphic will be printed. By gathering this information, we’re able to give better suggestions and a more accurate estimate for the project.
Project Proofing & Estimating
Often before giving an estimate we ask to see and measure the space you plan to hang the display. While seeing the area and taking measurements aren’t needed for a ballpark estimate, we can give you more accurate numbers and mockups if we look at the space and take photos. Seeing your space also helps us make better recommendations for tying your designs to your brand and the established atmosphere.
Once we have an idea of sizing, we mockup your design on our 2D template. The mockup process gives you an idea of what the finished product will look like. This is the time to make any sizing or proofreading adjustments, since we’ll be printing from the artwork on your proof. When you’re happy with the way your design looks on the template, we’ll give you a final proof and quote for your custom display.
Production & Installation
After you give the green light, we begin production and schedule the installation. Once in the production phase, we convert the artwork from your proof into printable files and send them to the printer. After printing, we laminate. Our laminator uses pressure to bond the vinyl and laminate together, protecting the printed design. After lamination, your graphic moves to the trim pile for finishing. Finishing includes removing the excess vinyl from around your custom prints, then mounting them to the correct substrate.
When your install date comes, we hand the material to our installers and let them work their magic. If you choose to hang your graphics yourself, we’ll gladly hand the prints over to you.

We custom print all our mounted wall graphics and we base our pricing on the size of your display. In other words, you’ll be priced the same for polka dots and a full landscape scene, as long as the substrate is the same size. We can digitally print and custom cut any size you need, and no project is too big!
