Taylor Retherford
General Manager
Taylor has over 12 years of large-format graphic experience along with over six years of installation experience. He is the Director of Field Operations. Taylor oversees clients’ orders from start to finish and prioritizes customer satisfaction along with all installations.
Steve Borgman
Director of Operations
Steve Borgman was named the Director of Operations in the fall of 2018. He brings over 17 years of graphic design experience, with 10 years dedicated specifically to digital graphics production in large and grand-format printing.
Nicknamed “Lebron,” because he gets it done! He directs an experienced production team to assure deadlines are met and our finished products are at their highest quality to meet the expectations of our clients.
Rachelle Chau
Director of Administration and Marketing
Rachelle has previous experience as the Operations Manager at a thermochromic plastics manufacturing company, an onboarding agent in the hospitality industry, and started her own e-commerce business in 2021. At SpeedPro, she is pulling from all these experiences to focus on business growth through social media marketing and outreach.
When she isn’t working on SpeedPro, she loves spoiling her dog every way possible, eating her way through the town, and baking up a storm in the kitchen.

My name is Jen, and I am the Head of Accounts here at Speedpro Orlando. I enjoy working in the print industry and working with this amazing team. I have been in the print industry for over 25 years now and I cannot imagine doing anything else. When I am not working I enjoy painting, playing guitar and going to the beach here in sunny Florida.
