Backlit and Illuminated Signs

Why Choose a Backlit Sign?

Backlit signs, as the name implies, are illuminated from behind, enhancing its visibility in high traffic areas like retail stores and movie theaters.

These signs are made using a variety of materials and can be installed either indoors or outdoors. A perfect solution for events and retail as the graphics can be quickly swapped out for something new with little effort- helping you target different audiences with ease.

Our team can help you select the right type of material that best suits your business needs.

Types of Material

  • Film: We use a “digital duratrans” process printed on a special backlit film. This material works great for retail and other businesses focused on entertainment like movie theaters and museums.
  • Rigid: This option is great for outdoor application like backlit store-font signage. We use both poly carbonate and acrylic for our rigid, backlit signs.
  • Fabric: Using dye-sublimation, your graphic is printed onto a specialized tension fabric, giving the finished product a tight, drum-like feel. The material stretches taut, giving the print a smooth, wrinkle-free appearance in the frame.  The fabric is very durable, easy to transport and can be used repeatedly.

Backlit Signs for Trade Shows

Backlit signs and displays are a favorite choice for trade shows and other pop-up events.  It is the perfect solution for these type of events as the graphics can be swapped out for something new with little effort- helping you target different audiences with ease. Backlit signs, especially when printed onto fabric,  are also easy to transport and simple to assemble/disassemble as needed.
