SpeedPro: Small Business Owners Collaborate To Produce Big Results
SEPTEMBER 28, 2017| SpeedProCategories
News & AnnouncementsThe 2016 Denver Broncos. SEAL Team Six. Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. Rocky and Bullwinkle (we have to have some fun, right?). Just a few examples of some of the great teams defined by excellent collaboration that have been assembled over the years. SpeedPro, the nation’s leader in large format imagery, is another fantastic case.
SpeedPro has grown to more than 130 studios spread across the country. Many of those locations are owned and operated by the same people you see at your child’s school, your local grocery store, or place of worship. Our franchise owners take pride that their studios cater to the needs of the communities they live in. And, they love helping other franchisees deliver big-time results as well.
What are some traits of a great team? If you’re a basketball team, having someone such as, say, LeBron James helps. But sports fans know that just having the best player doesn’t mean you have the best team. It’s about cohesiveness and commitment to a similar goal. And that translates well in franchising.
Fast Company recently determined there are five factors that separate great teams from good ones:
- They are committed to the vision, and achieving extraordinary goals
- They share accountability for results
- Their communication is transparent
- They resolve conflict constructively
- They have mutual respect, and strong camaraderie
The teamwork displayed by ALL franchise partners in SpeedPro’s nationwide network is what differentiates us from our competitors. We’re a team. Our network of 130 studios works together to produce stellar products. SpeedPro owners are never alone on an island. There’s always a hand extended when needed.
Collaboration allows our SpeedPro franchisees to fulfill orders not just at home, but on a national level. Most SpeedPro franchisees use the same equipment (including the game-changing HP FB550 UV Flatbed printer), to consistently produce high-quality graphics studio-to-studio.
Rand and Lorna Scherff, who own and operate SpeedPro North OC (Tustin, CA), bear a fantastic example of collaboration between SpeedPro studios.
When seven local vehicle wraps turned to seventy national projects, Rand and Lorna turned to their fellow SpeedPro owners to successfully meet the needs of System Pavers, a national paving company who leases their vehicles through Enterprise Fleet Leasing. Then, Eagle Print Dynamics, a promotional materials broker, provided SpeedPro North OC with two more vehicle branding national accounts – which now keep SpeedPros busy across the nation.
“I never would have been able to win bids with these companies if it wasn’t for the network,” says Lorna, who’s teamed up with studios in Colorado, Washington State, Oregon, Northern California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, and others. “Even though I could find third-party installers, it wouldn’t be the same. When I’m calling another SpeedPro, I know that I have a great relationship I can count on and that they’ll do a fantastic job.”
In Georgia, John Barber and Don Neder, co-owners of SpeedPro of Norcross, GA, also received an assist from their colleagues in Chicago and Dallas to help the cloud computing company Salesforce pull off a pair of spectacular events. With SpeedPro locations across the nation, the list of studio collaborations goes on.
SpeedPro can tailor solutions to fit your needs from coast to coast. Consider…
- All in on Fleet Wraps: From state agencies in government to franchises operating across multiple states, SpeedPro can reproduce and wrap custom graphics onto any vehicle. Cars, trucks, vans or buses, our system is designed to provide the uniformity necessary to accurately portray your brand.
- Serving multi-location Restaurants & Bars: Food quality isn’t the only consistency you’re looking to capture. Harmony within your chain’s multiple locations certainly achievable when you partner with SpeedPro. If your restaurant is situated in Seattle and Miami, SpeedPro studio owners will generate the same results.
- Keeping it consistent in Retail: The next big thing in technology is weeks away from the big debut. You want to entice shoppers to purchase it at your stores. Partner with SpeedPro to create a graphics package that will produce point-of-purchase displays, window graphics, decals, and in-store signage that will leave no doubt where shoppers nationwide should turn to make the purchase.
- Staying on target with Event Graphics: If you’re an operator of multiple trade shows, there are times where the airport may lose an important banner. No fret! When you work with one SpeedPro studio, rest assured you’re working with all of them. Your main contact in Boston will make one phone call, and your replacement banner will be waiting for you in Phoenix with plenty of time to spare.
The possibilities are endless, so we’re confident we have a solution for your specific project. We’ll put our heads and resources together as a team to make it happen. No project is too small, and no account is too big for SpeedPro.
