Mesh Banners in Central Florida

Wanting to take your brand outdoors? Mesh banners are the smart and practical solution when advertising outside. The spacing in-between the mesh weave allows for up to 70 percent better wind flow so that your banner doesn’t become a sail when it gets windy. We commonly see mesh used for larger outside banners that will be viewed at a distance, so the spacing in the mesh will hardly be noticeable.

Our Process for Mesh Banners

Having custom graphics printed can seem like a large undertaking. Our team at SpeedPro Orlando is here to walk you through the process. We’ve also expanded out our process below so that you’ll know exactly what to expect. While the individual steps may change slightly, the overall process will stay the same.

List of steps for producing mesh banners

1. Measurements & Pictures

The process for having mesh banners produced usually starts with sending our team the measurements that the banner needs to be. The faster we receive the measurements, the faster you’ll receive a quote. It’s also smart to send pictures of where the banner will be installed. Pictures will help our production team to know where grommets need to be placed and will help our install team plan the installation.

2. Artwork & Approval

Once we’ve received the measurements and pictures, we’ll also need the artwork that’ll be printed. The majority of our clients send us the artwork through email or through our file uploader on our website. If you’re needing artwork created, let our account managers know and they can have our design team work with you to create exactly what you’re needing. After we have the artwork, we’ll send you a proof that shows the artwork, measurements, and the materials that’ll be printed on. When you approve the proof, we’ll hand over the graphics to our production team.

3. Printing & Finishing

When our production team receives the graphics, they’ll prepare each of the files and then send them to one of our printers. After they’re printed, the banner is transferred to our CNC router where all our graphics are machine cut. Our sewing team will then take over by adding a hem, grommets, and any additional components to finish the mesh banner.

4. Installation & Pick-Up

The last step of the process is installation. If you’re needing the mesh banner installed, our account managers will work with you to find a time within your schedule to have our in-house installation team precisely and accurately install the banner. Our installation team is extremely professional and always focuses on the task at hand to allow for minimal disruption to you and(or) your team. If it’s a smaller banner, you may be able to install it yourself using rope or zip ties. If that’s the case, feel free to stop by our studio to pick up your banner.

If you’re looking for a banner that performs well in the weather, look no further. These banners could be the perfect solution for your company or organization.

Benefits of Using Mesh BannersList of benefits when using mesh banners

  • Adaptable: There’s a variety of methods for installing mesh banners which allows for them to be used on many structures. The banner will likely fit any location and only require slight modifications. Whenever you’re finished with the banner, it can be easily removed.
  • Cost Effective: When looking at other marketing and advertising options, it’s tough to come by a solution that can produce the amount of impressions that mesh banners can. You’re not paying a set amount for each individual view, but rather an upfront amount that can achieve large amounts of exposure. Mesh banners can also be taken down and reused if properly stored.
  • Semi-Translucent: The spacing in the mesh will allow for light to travel through. This feature is especially important when considering the location of the banner. If the banner is in a darker area, such as a stadium, it won’t block the already limited light.
  • Wind Durability: When using mesh, wind can easily pass through the banner reducing the chances of the banner tearing or blowing away. When adding graphics to any windy outdoor area, mesh banners should be a serious consideration.
