Carrie Ericson

CEO

After +30 years working as a transformation leader in supply chain across a number of industries, Carrie is excited to take the helm of SpeedPro East Bay.   Carrie has a passion for helping our clients achieve their branding objectives and our employees achieve their professional goals.  Carrie is active in her community, serving on the board of Junior Achievement of Northern California, serving as a business mentor and coach to fellow entrepreneurs through the Pacific Community Ventures and co-leading a girl scout troop in Alameda. https://www.linkedin.com/in/carrieericson/

Ed Owens

VP of Sales

With over 30 years of experience in construction, carpentry, photography, and engineering, Ed is ready to work with all of our clients to develop creative solutions to their signage and branding challenges.  The combination of skills he developed throughout his career made him a quick study for the large-format business. In addition to his professional career, Ed has been very involved in his local community through both civic and sporting programs. Ed served on the boards of Alameda Little League, Soccer and Lacrosse Clubs and is also a co-founder and past board member of Alameda Futsal Club. Ed served as a scout leader for Cub Scout Troop 1015, as well as in various PTSA roles at his three children’s schools.

Karen Caruso

General Manager

Karen joined SpeedPro East Bay after a long career leading the design, deployment, and operation of large enterprise projects focused on Mobility solutions. After traveling extensively her entire career, Karen is excited to be working locally. Karen joined SpeedPro East Bay a little over a year ago and continues to expand her knowledge of the large format graphics world through collaboration with the amazing local SpeedPro team. Delivery excellence and customer satisfaction are always top priorities when working on behalf of customers.

Victor Rochon

Customer Service and Marketing Associate

Victor went to college at CSU East Bay and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Recreation Management. Some of his hobbies are working out, watching MMA, playing fetch with his pup, and eating Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.

Imani Boyd

Design and Production

With a bachelor’s degree in Illustration from California college of the arts, Imani has been able to branch out into the field of graphic design and print production at SpeedPro East Bay. When she is not in the print studio, she is usually creating illustrations or taking her puppy and tortoise out on an adventure.

Jorge Merino

Production

Jorge was born in Peru and resident of Alameda for the last 25 years. He has worked in the printing industry for almost 10 years now. Jorge loves notaphily, model cars, and traveling the world.

Lewie Owens

Installer

Lewie has over 5 years experience installing everything from vehicle wraps, to wall murals, cut vinyl and window graphics.  He is skilled at thinking on his feet to find a creative solution to almost any install.

Elizabeth Patrician

Installer

Oakland-based artist Elizabeth grew up in the sign industry and has branched out over time into a multitude of creative outlets. She attended UC Santa Cruz and graduated with double bachelor’s degrees in Studio Art and Literature. In addition to the production, and installation work she does at SpeedPro East Bay, Elizabeth is a traditional printmaker, painter, and maker with her own design studio. She is a Bay Area native who can usually be found creating something, whether it be signage, prints, or silly autobiographical comics about her day.

Theodore Wismar

Customer Relations / Fulfillment

Theo recently joined the team at SpeedPro East Bay to assist with production and fulfillment. Theo works as a liaison between our clients and the production team, to finalize the specifics of the project and to schedule a delivery or installation. When he is not in the shop, Theo loves reading and following competitive esports.

Carlos Valencia

Installer

Carlos is a Bay Area native who loves watching the Golden State Warriors and Oakland Athletics. He has a big passion for baseball, as he is a coach for his little brothers little league team.
