Getting Summer Festival Ready

APRIL 14, 2017| SpeedPro East Bay

Spring is here and Summer is just around the corner.  This means that it’s time for outdoor festivals and fairs.  If you’re planning one of these or taking part in it as a vendor, these tips and suggestions for what you’ll need will be a great help.

Planning Ahead

Before the date of the event, you want to be sure that you have a good turnout so marketing is key.  Whether you put a big banner on a building or signs along the highway, people will start to become familiar and curious about attending.

Controlling the Flow of Traffic

The day(s) of the event, your turnout will be huge because of your marketing efforts, so making sure people know where to go will be very important.  There may be road closures, parking issues, or just people not knowing where to go.  Having a-frames along the walking path or large signs in front of the venue to inform the public about these inconveniences will help things flow more smoothly.

Vendor Booths

Vendors are a large part of why these events are so successful so they’re going to want to stand out.  We can help with printed tents with their logo, flags, table cloths, banner stands, banners and more.  Any graphic to give their booth a little oomph, we’ve got.

Stage Graphics

Typically the stage is the main attraction so banners and printed materials to make the stage “pop” are going to be essential.  This is also a great place for sponsorship opportunities.

There’s no better time than summer to be outdoors so if you have a festival or fair coming up, let us help you with your signage.
