PAUL BREWSTER
Chief Executive Officer
Paul has served as President and CEO of SpeedPro since 2022 and is an accomplished leader in growing franchise brands. He first joined SpeedPro in 2019 as SVP of Franchise Development and Business Consulting, later serving as COO before becoming CEO. Under his leadership, SpeedPro expanded into new markets and states, achieving 5% growth annually for four years and surpassing $108M in sales. Paul previously held senior roles, including VP of Franchise Operations at One Hour HVAC, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Mister Sparky Electric; SVP of Regional Operations at RE/MAX; Chief Development Officer at St. Anthony Hospitals; and President of St. Anthony Health Foundation. He holds degrees from Regis University, studied Franchise Management at Georgetown, and is a Certified Franchise Executive with the IFA.
LORI MORRIS
Chief Financial Officer
Lori is Vice President and Controller of SpeedPro. Before joining SpeedPro in 2020, she was Manager/Partner at Haynie and Company in Littleton, Colorado, from 2015 to 2020. She previously spent 25 years with Feldhake and Associates in Greenwood Village, which merged into Haynie in 2015. Lori is a licensed CPA in Colorado. A Kansas native, she has lived in Denver for more than 25 years with her husband, Cory, and their son, Jacob. The Morris family enjoys traveling, skiing, and supporting local food banks through the Boy Scouts.
ZACK MEADE
Vice President of Training & Field Support
Zack brings 25+ years of experience in executive recruitment, sales, management consulting, and business coaching. He has worked in the U.S. and Europe with startups and Fortune 100 companies across industries, including IT, investment banking, oil and gas, real estate, consumer lending, and manufacturing. After 11 years abroad and earning dual U.S.–U.K. citizenship, Zack returned to the U.S. in 2016 and joined SpeedPro in 2019.
He is passionate about coaching small business owners to increase profitability, reduce stress, and reclaim personal time. Originally from Canton, Ohio, Zack enjoys baseball and remains a loyal Cleveland Browns fan.
CARYN MAHONEY
Vice President of Marketing
Caryn joined SpeedPro in 2023 and is a seasoned marketing professional with 20+ years of leadership experience in specialty retail, publishing, and franchise brands, including Nothing Bundt Cakes, Woodhouse Day Spa, and REGO Restaurant Group. She has a proven track record of driving growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement through innovative strategies, creative campaigns, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. A Colorado native, Caryn enjoys the Rockies but prefers sunny beaches for family getaways. At home, she loves spending time with her daughter and three dogs.
RYAN YATES
Sr. Director of Production Support / Vendor Relations
Ryan entered the sign and graphic industry in 1996, starting with architectural sign companies before spending 14 years as a General Manager with a franchised printing company. He joined SpeedPro in 2016 and brings extensive knowledge of printers, cutters, routers, RIP software, installation techniques, and production workflows, along with hands-on experience running high-performance shops.
Originally from Indiana, Ryan has called Colorado home for more than two decades. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, craft beers, and spending time with his wife and three children.
STEVE RITLEY
Vice President of Franchise Development
Stephen (Steve) Ritley joined SpeedPro in September 2022 as Vice President of Franchise Development, bringing nearly two decades of franchise industry experience. His leadership has centered on franchise sales across sectors, including wide-format printing, home improvement, and technology. Steve has successfully sold-out territories for full market penetration while prioritizing franchisee satisfaction and operational excellence. A graduate of Heidelberg University (OH), he continues his professional growth and is a Certified Franchise Executive.
